2 Hour Tent-Table-Chair Rental ONLY - $195.00

(Space rental only, no staff or included activities) 


2 Hour Party - $325.00

2 dedicated staff members to assist with chosen party theme and associated inclusions for up to 16 children. 1 hour structured party to your selected theme, 1 hour passive for your choice of activity (food, presents, cake, etc).

Bring in your own food or let us take care of it!  We offer custom food options from our deli and bakery from fresh veggies to sandwiches, cookie trays, cider doughnuts, and more!

The Details:

Party Space Rental: $195.00

If you’d like a space to host your party, but don’t need anything more than the tent, table, chairs, and waste barrels, you can rent our party area for 2 hours!  This option also provides you the space for 30 minutes before and after the party time for setup and take-down. 


2 Hour Birthday Party: $325.00

Up to 16 children, accompanying adults free.  $8 for each additional child.

At Davidian’s we want to make the birthday party experience as smooth for you as possible. You will have two staff members at your disposal for the length of your event plus 30 minutes before and after to assist you with setup, takedown, getting gifts to your car, and total clean-up, and more.  During gift time, staff will track who presents came from to make thank-you time a snap.  And, booked parties receive an included PDF file that contains custom Davidian’s Farm print-at-home birthday party invites and thank-you cards.


During the two hours of your party the first hour is structured around the theme you choose (listed below).  The second hour is for you to do whatever you’d like, whether that means enjoying food, opening gifts, celebrating with cake, or even taking advantage of our add-ons options of a hayride, animal feeding, or an ice cream party!


Lastly, all children will go home with a farm themed goodie bag which can be partially customized by the organizing guardian.  The birthday child gets an extra special goodie bag to remember their day, and will get to have their photo taken with their choice of animal from our barnyard.


Choose One Farm Experience for Your Party:

  1. Barnyard Bash: Appropriate for older children, the party guests will enjoy an educational party with our larger barnyard animals.  Focusing on our animals, children will learn hands-on about habitat, nutrition, behavior, and more.  Guests will help groom and feed our animals with special vegetable snacks from our own fields.

  2. Small Critter Experience: More geared towards smaller children, guests will enjoy some hands-on farm animal experience with our smaller farm animals such as chickens, bunnies, etc. Learning about habitat, nutrition, behavior, and more.  Guests will feed and help groom our animals with special vegetable snacks from our own fields. Children will also enjoy a story time and a small educational lesson on farm animal sign language.

  3. Pick-Your-Own-Party: Good for any age, this party will take the guests on a hayride around our orchard and fields to see our farm up close.  Children will learn about how we grow our food with a focus on sustainability, about soil, and about specific plant cycles.  Changing with the seasons, guests will learn about harvesting different fruits and vegetables by picking their own small bag of farm fresh produce to take home.

  4. Paint-N-Plant Party: Guests will start their party by painting and decorating their own plant pot.  While they dry, we will take a hayride around the orchard to see the farm where we grow all of our fruits and vegetables.  We will learn about plant life cycles, what’s in season, healthy soil, and more.  Upon returning to the party area guests will get to fill their custom pot and plant seeds of their choice to take plants home.  All guests will also receive a care guide to help with their plant when they get them home.

Add-on Activity Options:
If you’d like to take advantage of additional fun for your party, feel free to book our add-ons to be enjoyed during the second half of the party.  (Please note some of these options are listed as included in party experiences, and would not be an additional charge if included in the party you selected.)

  • Seed Planting: $5/child.  Enjoy choosing seeds to plant, learning about healthy soil, decorating your pot and putting your seed in the soil!

  • Animal Feeding: $4/child.  Learn all about our animal’s nutrition: everything from their daily feed to their favorite treats! Take the opportunity to hand feed your favorite animals in our petting zoo fresh produce from our farm while you visit them close-up, inside their fenced area.

  • Ice Cream Party: $4/child. Enjoy ice cream from our on-site ice cream stand, Lilac Hedge Creamery.  Parents will indicate one or two flavors for the party to be scooped and ready for your selected time.  Children will be able to choose their own additional topping, and the birthday child will get a larger cup with any toppings they choose!

Add-on Party Extras:

  • Decorated Party Area: $45.00.  To make your day a little easier, our staff is happy to help with extra tasks.  If you would like to have the party tent pre-decorated with streamers, balloons, and table covers of your choosing, you can select this option.  This will help take a task off your plate when preparing for the party to make your time even more enjoyable!

  • Paper Goods for Food: $1 per Person.  Whether you are asking our assistance with food or bringing your own, we are prepared to provide paper goods and cutlery for your guests!  We will provide disposable meal plates, cake plates, napkins, cups, and cutlery in standard white/clear for your convenience. 



We welcome you to bring your own snacks, drinks, meals, and desserts.  However, if you would like us to supply any food to assist with your event, we can provide you with a menu including items such as sandwich platters, vegetable and dip snack trays, dessert trays with cookies and our famous cider doughnuts, drinks, and more!  Just ask to see our own Birthday Party Menu!  In addition, we have a wonderful relationship with a couple of local vendors that deliver right to our farm and we would love to share their menus with you!


Reservations and Rescheduling:
Birthday parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays from either 10AM-12PM or 1PM-3PM.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your selected date and time.  The final guest count must be submitted 7 days prior to party.  Final remaining payment is due upon arrival for setup of party.

The party can be rescheduled one time only as long as another date/time is available.  Our 20x40 tent will be used for parties and we also have a backup greenhouse, so parties will be held even in mild rainy weather.  In the event of a "wash out", guests may reschedule to another date that is available.
